The news of violence at home, school, hospitals and on the road has become an everyday reality. The purpose of the Count to 10 campaign is doublefold:
1. to raise awareness of the harmful effects that uncontrolled anger and violence have on our health (physical and emotional) and on our relationships with others;
and
2. to share resources and suggestions for positive steps that can be taken in order to keep anger under control and lead calmer, healthier and happier lives.
